Paid Media Manager
Webserv is seeking a paid media manager responsible for creating and managing paid search and social campaigns. Our ideal candidate is confident reporting directly to clients with knowledge across advertising platforms like Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
This paid media manager would work closely with a smaller team of 5-6 paid media experts and design teams to implement successful strategies and campaigns for our clients. Primary Duties
- Formulate strategies consistent with client goals
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Build and optimize campaigns
- Ensure accurate implementation of tracking, analytics, and reports
- Balance campaign budgets with data-driven insight for the most valuable conversions
- Collaborate with design teams and assist in creative implementations
- Communicate when and why to use different targeting methodologies (behavioral, contextual, demographic, lookalike, cross-device, retargeting) and speak on each to educate clients
- Analyze meaning behind data and communicate key findings and highlights to clients
Minimum Skill Requirements
- Expertise in Google Search Ads
- Expertise in performance forecasting
- Expertise in Facebook & Instagram Advertising
- Expertise in Facebook Business Manager
- Experience in Google Ads Editor
- Experience in Google Analytics
- Experience in client-facing settings and reports
- Experience in lead generation
- Insight on KPIs across search and social metrics
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Additional Skill Preferences
- Experience with Shopping, Video, Display, App & Performance Max campaign types
- Experience in Google Tag Manager
- Experience with YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other major platforms
- Experience with keyword research tools (SEMrush, Hrefs, Spyfu, etc.)
- Experience with Call/Lead tracking software (CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, etc.)
- Experience with CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.)
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Hubspot, etc.)
- Experience with form, survey & quiz tools
- Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics setup and configurations

We are looking for someone to primarily work in-office at our space in Irvine for the first few months, with the option to work from home some days of the week after establishing themselves within our company. Our hours are flexible, with start times from 7 am to 9 am. All we ask is for our employees to work regular 8-hour days.
